Emilia Igt Bianco
Still white wine obtained from pressing white “Spergola” grapes, a local variety coming from a small production area on the hills of Scandiano, known in the local area since 1400.
Fermented in small French oak barrels to bring out all the natural aromas of this wine.
After short ageing in wood, it is finally left to rest in the bottle for several months.
The natural freshness and flavour of Spergola grapes is thus enhanced by more sophisticated hints developed during the ageing process.
Excellent all-meal-round wine, ideal for poultry and fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 12 – 14°C.
Alcohol by volume 12,5%.
