Sparkling dry red wine
This is the most classic type of Lambrusco. This wine has the traditional purple-red colour, with a fresh, dry and aromatic flavour. Its effervescence and natural acidity make it ideal served with traditional local dishes such as tortellini, zamponi and roast meats, as well as fairly fatty, flavour-rich dishes.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
Alcohol by volume 11%.
