Sparkling dry red wine

A pleasantly complex single variety wine, bringing out the best of the varietal components of the Grasparossa grape. Hints of fruits of the forest go well with its elegantly structured flavour; smooth on the palate, it is never intrusive. Selected from the best hill-grown grapes, with a particularly slow and attentive vinification.
Produced in limited quantities. A wine for the whole meal, it makes an excellent companion for flavour-rich first and main courses.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C..
